 As you all may be aware, one of the main purposes of this website is for communication. Communication between the home owners, the association, renters, the business's and management. With out the communication our community will cease to be a community. This is why a few of us who live here have volunteered to help in the process of making sure this website is being used successfully.

Over the next few months you will notice that the site will be used for news, board meeting schedules, discussions, HOA meeting minutes and more. Please help us in making this a success by being active. Contribute when you can, and when you can't just let us know that you are listening and using the site, so that our efforts are not being wasted.

We are all looking forward to making this a better community for everyone, but we will all need to play our part in getting it there.

The coffee house Grand Opening is finally here!  Join us for a tour of the Historic Building, a night of music by emerging artists, and musician David Boone will be here from Missoula on Saturday night!  Special events are happening all weekend, with two for one waffles on Sunday.  Check out the Boiler Room Brew website for more details.  Thanks to everyone who is making our Eastside Community thrive!

I smell coffee….Opening in early November, the Boiler Room Brew will be open 7 days a week, serving breakfast and lunch. With a cozy fireplace, Cafe Vita coffee out of Seattle, foods including some healthy options, it will be the ideal Eastside stop for morning coffee/breakfast or lunch, and, we hope a new community gathering place.  Folks will be invited to poor on in and stay warm on Friday nights when we’ll have either live music, a movie, or other entertainment.
