The Eastside Brick Community was born out of a vision, and an abandoned historic building in Kalispell’s east side. Originally built in 1912, the building served as the General Hospital and, in later years, the County Courthouse.
The transformation of this building into beautiful condominiums, office spaces and artist live/work spaces by developers with DEV Properties has been recognized by the Montana Preservation Alliance. A unique blend of urban chic, historical elegance and community spirit make this a special place to live and work. Today, the renovated building is home to a community of residents, the day-time address for talented service professionals, and a venue for artists.
It is here that we live, work, create and play.
